It was our pleasure to meet you and Paul [a TLSC attorney] at the Heroes Night Out appointment. I didn't know what to expect. Other attorneys in informational meetings made the procedures to keep assets out of probate cumbersome and sometimes costly. They made one feel like whatever they had already prepared for, just wasn't enough and provided no protection from probate court.
I came prepared to ask questions, but never did I think that you would assure me that what I had done or planned to do with the Transfer on Death Deed were the right steps. I'll complete these forms for the house and both vehicles and file them with the appropriate organizations. You explained things clearly and fully.
